This beautiful 5-bedroom castle in Spa, featuring a private heated swimming pool, offers the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. Overlooking Lake Warfaaz and located on the scenic Balmoral cliff road, it provides breathtaking views of the Spa region. With the lake just 1 km away, supermarkets within 3 km, and the lively town center only 5 km from the property, everything needed for a comfortable stay is close at hand. Inside, the castle combines classic charm with modern comfort, featuring central heating and a cozy fireplace. Guests can unwind on the private terrace or spend peaceful hours in the large private garden surrounded by nature. Evenings are best enjoyed around the barbecue with family and friends, while a game of billiards adds to the fun. Private parking is also available for convenience. Please note that the final cleaning fee (EURO350) is no longer included in the rental price and will be deducted from the cash deposit (EURO1,000) provided by guests. The remaining deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure. Additionally, the sauna is no longer available at the property.
