This nice and pleasant new stone house combines of three big bedrooms and three bathrooms, a comfortable living room (sofa can be used as an extra bed for two persons), kitchen sharing dining room, wine room, gym, and sauna. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of pine, oak and olive trees in a huge garden or swim in a big heated swimming pool or jacuzzi. In the garden, there is a typical Istrian kitchen which can be used for cooking and making barbecue.

The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by forests and meadows. But don’t worry, you can reach the main road to Pazin and Pula in no time (1 minute). It takes around 10 minutes to arrive in Pazin, and around 35 minutes to Pula. Cities nearby are Porec, Rovinj, Umag, Fažana.
