The apartment is in quiet surroundings in the village of Bibinje near Zadar. This accommodation is a spacious apartment of around 120m² on the first floor, with a private, separate outside entrance. The apartment has air conditioning in the hallway and the living room. It has three bedrooms. The first has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a spacious wardrobe, the second has a double bed (160 x 200cm), a clothes stand and a dresser, as well as its own bathroom with a shower, while the third has two single beds (90 x 200cm), a dresser and access to a balcony. There are two bathrooms. The first indulges you with a whirlpool bath and a washing machine, the second (en-suite) has a shower. The dining space with a big dining table and six chairs is integrated into the spacious kitchen, which is fully-equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, big fridge, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. The living room invites you to relax on a big corner sofa and has cable TV. A supplementary bed (90 x 200cm) can also be set up here. Guests staying in this apartment are also provided with a good and free wireless Internet connection, an iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and washing machine. The apartment has two balconies. The first is ideal for relaxing outdoors and also has a big table and six chairs for al fresco dining. It is accessed from the kitchen. The second smaller balcony is also very charming and has a small table and two chairs. There is a big outdoor area with a spacious, fenced garden of 1000m², with an area with garden furniture for your own private use. There is also a big outdoor grill. A parking space is provided. The owner lives in the same house on the ground floor, but respects the privacy of his guests. If you have any queries or special wishes, he will do his best to help. You will be welcomed cordially by him and his family. If you like and if he has time, he will be happy to show you the town and its historical monuments. On the property there is another small holiday house. Its guests share the garden. There is a pebbled beach about 300 metres away, a ten-minute walk. Bibinje has sandy and pebbled beaches. There are good transport connections nearby. In the village centre about 300 metres away you can find a restaurant, cafés/bars, a post office and an ATM.
