The beautiful and modern Villa Sanja with a swimming pool is located in the small village of Plovanija in northern Istria, surrounded by some of the most beautiful Istrian towns, such as Buje, Umag, Porec, Rovinj and many others. Villa Sanja is 8 km from the town of Umag and only 5 km from Kanegra Beach. Pula Airport is 65 km away.

The house accommodates 8+2 people. It features a comfortable living room with an LCD TV, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a dining area. Four bedrooms have their own bathroom, LCD TV, air conditioning and a private terrace with a beautiful view of the garden and pool. The dining area provides access to the pool and outdoor dining area. The charcoal grill in the garden is perfect for preparing delicious summer meals. You can relax in the sun by the large private pool and prepare delicious grilled specialties. Two covered terraces are available for outdoor dining. We offer Wi-Fi and private parking for our guests.

PLOVANIJA - BUJE
Plovanija is a small and beautiful village in northern Istria and administratively belongs to the city of Buje, Istria County, Croatia. It is located near the border with Slovenia and 6 km from the city of Buje.

The fertile area of Plovanija and Buje is a gently rolling area with a Mediterranean climate. Vineyards and olive groves create a typical Istrian landscape. These rolling hills were inhabited in the Bronze Age; the Histri built their prehistoric hillforts, and the Romans founded colonies. One of the most beautiful views of green Istria is from the imposing medieval castle located on the top of the steep Momjan hill. Here you will also find one of the most famous Croatian wine roads, with 23 famous wineries. It is also a pleasure to explore the olive oil trails, where you can learn all about the production and processing of this famous product, along with tastings.

Kanegra Beach is the closest beach to Savudrija and is only 5 km away from Villa Sanja. It is a long pebble beach and certainly one of the most beautiful in Istria. The sparkling pebbles, bathed in the blue sea and framed by the lush green forest in the background, create a unique atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. The pleasant shade is ideal for a day at the beach with children, while the tourist resort offers a variety of catering and tourist facilities.

Umag
Umag in Istria is located only 11 km from Villa Sanja and the village of Plovanija. Umag captivates visitors with its charm, diversity and wealth of tourist offers. Umag is a town with around 13,000 inhabitants. With approximately 45 km of coastline and an interesting hinterland, it combines the unique features of the entire region and is probably the perfect starting point for a different Mediterranean experience.

The hinterland of Umag boasts beautiful hills dotted with fortresses, offering stunning scenery, rich history, a wealth of local agricultural specialties and warm hospitality. The sea in Umag is crystal clear and ideal for swimming from May to October.

Visit the Umag city walls with a 10th-century drawbridge, the 16th-century Church of St. Roch with an oil-painted ceiling, the Umag City Museum with exhibitions of ancient ceramics and crafts, and the Marin Gallery, located within the city walls.
