We are located in Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Cavtat promenade and a 25-minute ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town. Kindly note: - Seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are available from 15.04.-15.10., they are open each day from 09 AM until 0 7PM.. - Gym is open from 08 AM - 08 PM. - Sauna is open from 06 PM until 00 AM. - Laundry facilities are available upon request. - HO doesn't speek English Overlooking the Adriatic sea this studio apartment with furnished balcony is perfectly fit for up to two people. The studio features free WiFi, AC, SAT LCD TV, equipped mini kitchen and dining area. The private bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and free toiletries. Linens and towels are provided. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. The property is located only a 10-minute walk from the nearest beach. Various restaurants, bars and shops can be found on the famous seaside promenade, ideal for those who enjoy nature and long sunset walks. The bus stop (Cavtat - Dubrovnik) is 150 meters away with buses passing by frequently. Dubrovnik Airport is 5 km away, while the nearest bus stop is located only 150m from the property (with buses passing by frequently).

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

    Owner Luka arranged collection and return to airport included in the price of the stay, he was very helpful giving local tips for bars, restaurants, boat trips etc,\r\nHe had a great coffee machine for morning coffee and had a supply of cold drinks self service with an honesty box for payment, \r\nThe pool while small was great, very clean, lots of sunbeds and the aspect was excellent getting sun from morning to night, The supermarket is very close and has all you need and the local restaurant was great value with good food and beer,

    Wir kommen wiederDanke, danke! Das war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub auch Dank dieses Apartments, Bequemes Bett, sauber, Badezimmer und Dusche auch für große Leute geeignet, Pool, Sauna, kleines Gym und Kaffeeautomat vorhanden, Parkplatz für unser Mietauto vorhanden, Freundliche sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, die immer für alle Anliegen und Wünsche da sind, Ich würde sofort wieder kommen, Meerblick sogar vom Bett aus, Die Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens war für uns vorteilhaft, In der Nacht fliegen keine Flugzeuge,
