Villa Alegria Cavtat - Studio Apartment with Patio and Garden View

House:
Villa Alegria Cavtat is self catering accommodation located in Cavtat. Private parking is also provided. The swimming pool is available from April - October Common furnished terrace, seasonal outdoor swimming pool which includes a Jacuzzi are provided. Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out so the guests can explore the city a bit more before departure. This beautiful studio apartment features free wifi, air condition, flat screen TV, SAT TV and patio, so as kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as sofa bed. Apartment also consists of private bathroom with shower, laundry washing machine and hair dryer. This one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons. Cavtat is a town situated approximately 20 km south of Dubrovnik and also near Dubrovnik international airport. It boasts amazing beaches, hotels, restaurants and all amenities needed for comfortable holiday. The Cavtat area is most attractive due to Mediterranean vegetation which covers the whole area. Another advantage is unpolluted sea and a very attractive mixture of old and new architecture. Due to the property's excellent location guests can find everything they need for a pleasant stay in approximately 400 meters range. The nearest restaurant is 400 meters away, while the closest grocery store can be found in 270 meters range. The famous Cavtat promenade is 1 km away from the property, where you can find a lots of restaurants, coffees, ATM's as well as banks, post office, pharmacy, open market and souvenir shops. The nearest bus stop is 400 meters away with buses passing by frequently (Cavtat-Dubrovnik). Dubrovnik Airport is 5 km away from the property, while Dubrovnik main bus station and ferry port are 21 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Villa Alegria! Die Wohnung war super bequem und hatte eine nette kleine Küche, die es einfach machte, Frühstück zuzubereiten, Die Lage war perfekt, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zu schönen Stränden und der Promenade von Cavtat, Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das WLAN etwas langsam war, aber ehrlich gesagt war es kein Dealbreaker, Ich würde diesen Ort auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der nach einem entspannten Urlaub in der Nähe von Dubrovnik sucht

Great villa in CavtatVilla Alegria was a wonderful experience for us, The apartment has everything you need but the best things about it are the views from the pool area and how lovely the host is, He was so friendly, kind and helpful throughout our stay, even holding our bags for us on the last day and arranging transport to the airport for us, The villa is approx a 12 minute walk to the village of Cavtat, The walk down is fine,,, But just to be aware that Cavtat is at the bottom of a hill, so the walk back is a little tough but that is the same everywhere in Cavtat :) There is a supermarket with an atm close to the villa and the bus stop to Dubrovnik is opposite the supermarket, There is also a restaurant nearby if you don&#39,t want to go to the village one night, We hope to come back to Villa Alegria very soon, Thanks to Pero for a great time :)

Lägenheten var trevlig och rymlig för två personer, Det var bekvämt att ha en tvättmaskin, särskilt efter dagar på stranden, Värdarna var vänliga och välkomnande, Bara en kort promenad till närmaste mataffär och en vacker strand, Sammanfattningsvis, en fantastisk vistelse!
