Description

Villa Pinta is situated in Dajla, 150 meters from the beach. It consists of four apartments, two bigger 4+2 and two smaller 2+2. The house has big garden completely closed with fence. Garden is enriched with Mediterranean plants what makes Villa Pinta perfect place for vacation.

This holiday apartment is in a house just 100 metres from the beach. It is a large apartment of 67m² for up to six people. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and satellite TV. The fully-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine), the bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed and the large bathroom with a toilet provide everything you need. The apartment has air conditioning and heating. A private parking space is available. A cot can be provided on request for a family with a small child. Pets are welcome. Outside there is a large terrace with a sea view and there is also a garden with a garden shed, plenty of seating and a barbecue, ideal for sitting outdoors with friends and enjoying meals. The whole site is fenced and can only be accessed via a lockable gate (only house guests are provided with a key). The beach is 100-150 metres from the house and is suitable for children and adults. There are grocery shops just 200 metres from the house and a large shopping centre 3.5km away. The house is near the extensive vineyard in Dajla. There are two cafés in Dajla, which is close to the town of Novigrad in Istria.
