Three modern furnished oceanfront holiday apartments in a newly built (2012) house, with a panoramic view over a small marina These two modern holiday apartment enjoy an ideal summer holiday location in the small town of Diklo in the heart of Dalmatia, only 10m away from the sea and beach. It is an ideal accommodation for all those who want to spend a relaxing holiday far away from the tourist crowds yet only a short walk from the village centre. Right in front of the house (approx. 10 m away) is the concrete beach and a boat landing stage. Here you can enjoy a wide range of water sports (diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing and canoeing) The nearest sandy beaches (Zaton and Nin) are also only approx. 2 km away. The village of Diklo is located approximately 6 km northwest of Zadar and thanks to its easily accessible beaches is a popular holiday destination for the whole family. In the centre of Diklo, which you find approx. 100 m away from your holiday apartment, you will find shops, cafes, restaurants, pizza parlours, a fish and a vegetable market, an ATM, a tourist information centre and even a tennis court. A bus stop is right across the road (50 m), offering frequent connections to the center of Zadar. Other activities on offer in the vicinity include paragliding, walking-, hiking- and mountain biking tours. You can take a ferry to the islands of Osljak and Ugljan (a 15 mins journey).

The 45m² apartment on the ground floor of the three-storey residential house consists of a light living and sleeping room with an integrated, open kitchen, a bedroom, and a daylight bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a digital TV with cable and satellite channels and a dining table with four chairs. The double bed in the living room measures 140 x 190cm. The open kitchen is equipped with a four-zone gas stove with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. You go through a round archway into the separate bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm). The daylight bathroom has a very modern shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided, with a free weekly change, and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge. You can make yourselves comfortable at the table with chairs and enjoy a leisurely holiday breakfast with a view of the sea less than ten metres away. If you arrive by car, then you can find a secure parking space right in front of the house. As a little extra, you will find information material in the living room about the places of interest and attractions in the area, including town maps, travel guides and information about restaurants, museums, bars and the nearby town of Zadar. The owner can also arrange a rental car and guided tours to the national parks nearby (Plitvice, Krka, Kornati, Paklenica), as well as boat tours to the nearby Croatian island with camping.
