The residential house is in a quiet district of Pakostane and is surrounded by plenty of greenery.
The 20m² terrace provides a table and chairs, as well as a wonderful view of the garden. The balcony provides direct access to the shared garden with a barbecue and plenty of space for children to play. There are parking spaces available on site.
The 45m² holiday apartment with a separate entrance is on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It has two bedrooms with a double bed measuring 160 x 190cm and two single beds measuring 90 x 190cm and each with a wardrobe. The two bedrooms open onto the shared terrace. The kitchen unit is well-equipped with an electric and gas stove, a fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and other kitchen appliances. The living room-kitchen also has a dining table with chairs, satellite TV and wireless Internet access. The bathroom has a shower. The floors in the bedrooms are natural wood, while the kitchen area and the bathroom are tiled.
It is a ten-minute walk to the beach and the centre with supermarkets and restaurants.
