The apartment is in the Spinut district, near the Marjan park and only a ten-minute walk from the centre of Split.

The apartment has a garden with a table and chairs. Behind the house there is a big parking space. The owner also speaks English and Italian. He can provide a shuttle service to and from the airport, at a supplementary cost. Two bicycles are available for use free of charge.

The apartment has three bedrooms and provides 80m² of space for up to eight people. Just 250 metres from the beach there is the «Gusar» concrete beach with restaurants. The nearest pebbled beach is a ten-minute walk away. It is a bit further to a sandy bay and 300 metres to the yacht harbour, where there are two good restaurants: "Re di mare" and "Lucica".
