Apartments Carmen & Tosca are self catering accommodation located just 600 m away from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Property features 2 accommodation units. Public parking is provided at the location nearby but the reservation is not possible. Please be aware that there will be a damage deposit of 50 euros ( for two bedroom) or 30 euros (for studio) collected upon your arrival in cash, and returned at the end of your stay if there are no damages. Please note that cleaning fee of 50 euros will be collected upon your arrival. Parking is available 5 minutes away from the property, which is chargeable24/7, as well as a garage. This studio apartment is perfect fit for up to 2 people. Free WiFi, cable TV and air conditioning are provided. Kitchenette features stove, refrigerator, kettle, microwave and trash cans. Private bathroom comes with shower, hair dryer, toilet paper and soap. Ironing facilities, linen and towels are provided. Property features patio and guests have access to shared garden. Public parking is provided at the location nearby but the reservation is not possible. The property is located only 600 m away from UNESCO-protected Old City of Dubrovnik. The nearest beach is located 500 m away. The nearest market is located 700 m away from the property. Pharmacy can be found at 800 m distance, while the nearest bus station is located 300 m away from the property. The Main Bus Station and Ferry Port are located 2 km away. Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km from the property.

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt und zentral, Man kommt zu Fuß in gut 10 Minuten bis zum Pile Gate vor der Altstadt (wo auch der Flughafenbus hält), wie auch zum Strand, Die nächste gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur gut 5 Gehminuten entfernt, Eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls sehr nah, sodass man auch problemlos zum neuen Hafen oder Richtung Babin Kuk gelangt,\nDas von uns gebuchte Apartment liegt hinter dem großen Haus, es quasi wie ein eigener Einzimmer-Bungalow mit geschützter Terrasse, auf der wir ungestört frühstücken oder spielen konnten, Die eingestellten Bilder entsprechen ziemlich gut den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen, Die Küche ist einfach ausgestattet, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, \nBesonders hervorzuheben ist die zuvorkommende Vermieterin Tosca, Sie hat uns immer wieder sehr leckeren Kaffee angeboten und war sehr hilfsbereit, Die Kommunikation war super und unkompliziert,\nWir hatten eine Woche Aufenthalt und haben uns in dieser Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt, Danke Tosca 😊
