Apartments Nicol - One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace

House:
Apartments Nicol are located 900 meters from Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-protected Old Town. Common furnished terrace as well as outdoor seasonal swimming pool is at your disposal, which is just perfect for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation. Kindly note: The apartments can located on the left hand side upon entering Dubrovnik from the direction of the Dubrovnik airport which is 17 km away. This air-conditioned apartment with a terrace features a living room with a sofa and an LCD TV. The kitchenette includes a dining area and there is a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. This one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons. Popular attractions such as the Church of St.Blaise, Dubrovnik Cathedral, the Franciscan Monastery and Stradun are a walking distance from the accommodation. There is a bus stop leading to other parts of town just 400 meters from the apartments, as well as a grocery store. A cafe bar is 500 meters away and plenty of restaurants can be found in the Old Town. Dubrovnik International Airport is 17 km from the Apartments Nicol. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 3 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Relaxing, cultural, summer getaway in a lovely apartmentThe hosts were wonderful and we were made to feel so welcome as soon as we arrived as they offered us refreshments whilst showing us to our accommodation, The covered terrace area is a beautiful place to relax in dappled sunlight with a coffee in the morning, The main sun lounge area overlooks the entire city and has amazing views of the coast and mountain behind as well as being a great sun trap, Very close to amenities, and the old town, Pool was lovely and clean,

gorgeous city break in a lovely well located apartmentsuch a great setting just 10mins walk into old town with all the sights, restaurants etc and the apartment is lovely with nice spacious rooms, comfy bed, AC, an outdoor area to eat breakfast and a pool&#47,lounger area for relaxing in the sun, the family that run the apartments are on site and very helpful with tips and advice so we felt very well looked after, 3 supermarkets and a bakery 5mins walk away which are well stocked for self-catering,
