Apartments Nicol - Studio with Terrace

House:
Apartments Nicol are located 900 meters from Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-protected Old Town. Common furnished terrace as well as outdoor seasonal swimming pool is at your disposal, which is just perfect for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation. Kindly note: The apartments can located on the left hand side upon entering Dubrovnik from the direction of the Dubrovnik airport which is 17 km away. This air-conditioned studio with a terrace, overlooking the sea and features an LCD TV. The kitchenette has a dining area, while the bathroom comprises a shower and a hairdryer. This studio apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons. Popular attractions such as the Church of St.Blaise, Dubrovnik Cathedral, the Franciscan Monastery and Stradun are a walking distance from the accommodation. There is a bus stop leading to other parts of town just 400 meters from the apartments, as well as a grocery store. A cafe bar is 500 meters away and plenty of restaurants can be found in the Old Town. Dubrovnik International Airport is 17 km from the Apartments Nicol. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 3 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We had such a lovely stay and Nicole and her father were so welcoming, They went above and beyond, offering beverages, answering questions and the transfer service to the airport was great, The room was super spacious, massive bed and great basic amenities in the kitchen, Really nice terrace and a little swimming pool - which were perfect, especially as it was so hot! it was about 10&#47,15 minutes walk to the old town which was perfect as we it was nice and peaceful where the apartment was located, It’s a little uphill but we used Uber to get home in the evenings, which was very cheap, We would 100% return and recommend to anyone wanting a charming stay in Dubrovnik!

We had such a lovely stay and Nicole and her father were so welcoming, They went above and beyond, offering beverages, answering questions and the transfer service to the airport was great, The room was super spacious, massive bed and great basic amenities in the kitchen, Really nice terrace and a little swimming pool - which were perfect, especially as it was so hot! it was about 10&#47,15 minutes walk to the old town which was perfect as we it was nice and peaceful where the apartment was located, It’s a little uphill but we used Uber to get home in the evenings, which was very cheap, We would 100% return and recommend to anyone wanting a charming stay in Dubrovnik!

Great accommodation!The apartment was very comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, When we arrived we were given a map and shown key locations and given some restaurant recommendations, The host offered to book trips for us if we wished, The pool was great in the heat and there was a lovely seating area, The hosts were kind enough to drop us to Dubrovnik Bus Station when we were leaving, We really enjoyed our stay here, The apartment was a 15min walk to the old town (down lots of steps, but this is everywhere in Dubrovnik, even in the old town itself) which was an ideal location!
