Guest House Bridge View - Studio with Balcony and Sea View

House:
Guest House Bridge View is located on Lapad Peninsula, 10 meters from a public bus stop and 700 meters from the nearest beach. Property offers two accommodation units, free private parking and luggage storage prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the city a little more before your departure. This air-conditioned studio features free WiFi, a kitchen and furnished balcony overlooking the sea. Kitchen is fitted with refrigerator and stove top, while private bathroom comes with bathtub. Free private parking is available on site. Lapad is a small center where you have everything: post office, bank, pharmacy, hairdresser, many small shops and supermarkets, shopping center (DOC). Also, there is a large beautiful walking area full of cafe bars and restaurants, at the end of which are many gorgeous beaches. In the part of Lapad called Babin Kuk you can enjoy in many sports activities such as volleyball, handball, tennis, and on Lapad there is also cinema Lapad and many restaurants. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 3 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is approx. 23 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We like everything about our stay in this apartment!\r\nIts located at the main road - so supermarket, bakery, cafes (for morning coffee if you like) and bus stop just few steps away, Nice beaches up to 10 minutes by foot, same for nice restaurants, It will take you about 30 min to reach old town of Dubrovnik by Bus No 7 (goes every 10 minutes), \r\nApartment itself is very confortable and much bigger that how it appears on photos, It is in 70ties vintage style, but it has all you need for a comfortable stay, and was spotless clean, \r\nReal value for money in Dubrovnik!\r\nMy biggest impression was the hospitality of the owner, who was beyond nice&#47,polite, and made us feeling as home here :)

Upon our arrival she welcomed us with a cake and some useful tips and recommendations to explore Dubrovnik, \nApartment is not the newest, but it&#39,s very clean and tidy, Air conditioning works very good which is crucial during the Croatian summer, Despite the proximity of quite a busy road the flat is very well soundproofed, One extra feature - it has 2 toilets which be very useful for some, \nCommunication is also perfect - nearest bus stop is 50 meters from the flat, From there you can take bus number 6 which goes directly to the old town, In the distance of 15 minutes walk you have a few nice beaches, a supermarket and a promenade, \nThe flat is a perfect choice regardless if you&#39,re planning to do some sightseeing or just relax at the beach,

Spitze🥰Umgebung, Ausblick, direkt neben der Bushaltestelle &quot,Dulcica 6&quot, (Bus 6), sauber, komfortables Bett, Klimaanlage, Küche simpel aber gut ausgestattet, aber das Beste ist Frau Jade, Super nett, zuvorkommend und lieb, Sie hat uns nach einer torbulenten Anreise ein kaltes Bier serviert und sich sehr viel Zeit genommen um uns die Stadt zu beschreiben und uns Tipps zu geben, hat uns auch mit Kuchen und Schokolade überrascht, richtig liebe Menschen sie und ihr Vater, Danke nochmal für diesen tollen Aufenthalt! Wärmstens zu empfehlen 🥰

The stay was great, the weather was perfect, Dubrovnik is a wonderful city, I recommend !The host is a very nice and friendly person, When we arrived the host lady treated us to a delicious cake and wine and gave us a lot of important information about the town, The accommodation is very clean and fully equipped so you can feel comfortable, A great advantage is the location of the accommodation, There are two nice beaches nearby, Near the house there is a bus stop from where you can go everywhere, for example to the Old Town, I highly recommend Guest House Bridge View !
