Apartment Niki - One-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony (A2+1)

House:
Apartment Niki is located in Ploce neighbourhood, only 3 min walk away from the Old Town. Pets are allowed on request. This one bedroom apartment with furnished balcony is perfectly fit for up to 3 persons. It features air conditioning, WiFi, as well as LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it's combined with the equipped kitchen and dining area. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Iron, hair dryer, free toiletries (soap and toilet paper) as well as towels and bed linens are provided. The apartment is located just 400 meters from the famous beach Banje, with many more of them in surrounding area and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minutes boat ride away. We recommend enjoying a cable car ride, station is only 3 minutes a walk from the apartment. It offers a panoramic view of the historic centre and the surrounding islands. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 350 meters away. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands are 15 minutes a ride from the property, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Super close to old town!The apartment was really close to Old Town, And it was so close to grocery store, The apartment was cozy and very clean, so there was no inconvenience during my stay for three nights, It was fun to have a cute cat always accompany me on the way to the apartment :)

Grocery stores and bakeries, cafe&#47,bars and restaurants are all close by, As is the Gondola, Taxis are overpriced, even when on the meter, so Uber or equivalent is a better alternative,

Das Apartment war sauber und geräumig genug für drei Personen, Das Bett war bequem, und wir hatten keine Probleme mit den Annehmlichkeiten, Besonders genoss ich den kurzen Spaziergang zu den nahegelegenen Restaurants und dem Nachtleben an der Festung Revelin, Würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Ik verbleef een week in Appartement Niki en het was eerlijk gezegd een perfecte basis om Dubrovnik te verkennen, De plek was super schoon en het balkon was zo'n leuke aanvulling voor de koffie in de ochtend, Ik hield ook van hoe dicht het bij het strand en alle leuke restaurants was, Het enige nadeel was dat de WiFi soms een beetje traag was, maar we hebben het prima gered, Zou deze plek zeker aanbevelen!
