Apartments Lucija are self catering accommodation located in Dubrovnik. Property features three accommodation units. Luggage storage is available before check in and after check out. This two bedroom apartment with furnished balcony with sea view and terrace features free wi-fi, air conditioning and TV. The bedrooms come with double beds, the living room comes with a sofa for the fifth person, dining area and mini kitchen, while the private bathroom has a shower. The apartment has one additional toilet. Washing machine, ironing facilities and a hair-dryer are at guests' disposal. Guests can enjoy their staying on balcony with outdoor furniture. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Apartments Lucija are situated on Babin Kuk Peninsula, only 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach and with many more in the surrounding area, and 10 minutes ride to the Old Town. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a beautiful sea side promenade are a 5-minute walk away. Bank and ATMs, grocery store and bakery are in 700 meters range. This location offers a lot of opportunities to relax, since guests can reach various lovely places in couple of minutes walk. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km away.

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Beautiful, perfectly located and great owners,The property is beautiful, set in the perfect location walking distance to a promenade with lots of restaurants and bars, There are two large bedrooms and tv lounge room with sky sports and a lovely kitchen with great facility’s - dishwasher, washing machine, oven and fridge ect, Plus two bathrooms, The view from the balcony’s really puts this apartment on a different level, Waking up each morning to the view and coffee set every day off perfectly! The owners Luca and Jure were lovely and so informative of what was around and places we must go! They have made this apartment so homely, which is an added nice touch over a any hotel, They also provided us and offer airport transport, which was really kind, We 100% would go back in a heart beat, Ubers are every where in this area so it’s a great way to get around cheaply and see the beauty of Dubrovnik, Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope to see you again,
