Villa Karmen is situated in a quiet neighborhood near Dubrovnik's main bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands. Accommodation's location is perfect for getting to know undiscovered areas of Dubrovnik and visiting Dubrovnik's breathtaking archipelago. Private parking is free of charge is available on site, reservation is not needed. The property owner can help with organizing different day trips upon request. This lovely studio apartment features free WiFi, air conditioning, cable TV and kitchen with dining area. Private bathroom comes with shower and hair dryer. It will also provide you with a lovely furnished terrace. Villa Karmen is ideally situated as it is only 12 minutes walk away from the historic Old City of Dubrovnik and just up the street from the modern center of Dubrovnik. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found within walking distance, as well as bakeries and ATM's. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 21 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
