Holiday Home King - Four Bedroom House with Terrace

House:
Holiday Home King is situated in the heart of modern Dubrovnik. It is ideally placed as it is only a 20 min walk away from both the historic Old City and downtown Dubrovnik. Luggage storage before check in and after check out is available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure. Parking is free and available on site. This four bedroom holiday home is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday that can accommodate eight people. It features free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and LCD cable TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with dining table. Living room includes sofa. Property has three bathrooms, two with shower cabins and a bathtub. Guests can enjoy spacious furnished terrace overlooking the city. BBQ facilities are at guests disposal. This part of town is very popular because everything you may need is near the accommodation and guests can reach Old Town in less then 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 300 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATM's. Nearest beach is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are less than 10 minute ride from the apartment while Dubrovnik Airport is 21 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

This property was very well looked after, clean, spacious and very well appointed for 6 people, We had 4 adults and 2 children with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, The property agent Tony was very nice and obliging and was there for any problems that might have arisen, As it turns out the only problem that arose was that the WiFi cut out several times, Tony was over in a flash to rectify the problem, I would recommend this property to families looking for some peace and quiet a little away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, It is up on the hill about a 20 min walk to the Old Town but with a bus running almost right outside the door every 15mins downtown, Very convenient,

The house was lovely, Extremely clean and all new, Antonio was there to greet us on arrival, and both he and his mother were available whenever we had questions, The location is a 20-30 minute walk from the old town, or a quick bus ride, Buses run regularly, and we were very happy to not be staying in the old town itself, I would certainly recommend this house and would stay again if I were returning to the area,

A super holiday home, Ivana the owners Mother was there to welcome us and show how everything worked, not very good English but able to understand her, a lovely lady, Anthony came an hour or so later who had very good English and was very helpful, A great start to our 5 day break, The accommodation is very new, it was also very clean we had a change of towels and bed linen after 3 days, I could not fault it, The walk to the old town is about 20 minutes, or the is a bus stop at the end of the road, 2 minute walk, that takes you to the old town, There is also a taxi rank about 3 minutes walk down the hill,
