Apartments Isabora - Comfort Three-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View (Second Floor)

House:
Apartments Isabora feature self-catering accommodation located just 270 m from the Old Town. All units are equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, and cable TV. Guests will have access to a shared roofed terrace that offers a beautiful sea view and historic Old Town view. Airport shuttle is available upon request, charges do apply. Parking not available. Note : Due to local restrictions and specific traffic regulations in the area, vehicle access is not possible. No reserved parking is available and guests cannot reach the property by car. This beautiful Three Bedroom Apartment offers air conditioning, free WiFi, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a beautiful terrace for relax and enjoyment. Two of the rooms come with the double bed while the third room comes with a single bed, each of the rooms has air conditioning and wardrobe. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, water kettle, and dining area. The bathroom features Jacuzzi bathtub, washing machine and a hair dryer. The balcony of the apartment is furnished and provides a sea view. Guests can also enjoy in the second shared terrace which offers beautiful sea view and view of the Old Town. Iron and ironing board are available upon request as well as the crib. Apartments Isabora are just 250 meters away from the Old Town (historic center) and the nearest beach is 400 m away from the property. Open-air green market and other shops, as well as a bakery, banks and ATMs, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine can be found inside the Old Town. The grocery shop, bakery and cafes can be found in 200 meters range. Famous Banje beach is 450 m from the accommodation. The nearest bus station is 300 meters away, with buses passing frequently. We recommend enjoying a cable car ride, station is only 300 meters ( 5 minutes walk) from the apartment. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands are 3,5 km away from the property, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We really enjoyed our stay at Apartments Isabora! The three-bedroom layout was perfect for our group, I loved having breakfast on the balcony with that amazing sea view, Everything was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had all we needed to cook some meals, The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days, It’s just a short walk to the Old Town and nearby beaches, which made it easy to explore, The only downside was the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but not a huge deal, Would definitely stay again!

There was a bit of a problem trying to locate the property as the address given was actually a flight of stairs, so just clarify that when booking, I loved the place, and apart from it's own deck there is an upper deck where you can relax and take in the view, The apartment provided everything we needed and our bedroom had it's own little deck, There are quite a few steps down to the town but at the end of the day that wasn't a problem, Coming up again requires a bit of effort but if you take you time it's ok otherwise you could call an uber, The family who own the apartment were lovely and I would have loved to have stayed longer, I highly recommend this property

My family with 2 kids enjoyed staying at apartments Isabora, The place is very spacious, clean and nice, All rooms have a great view of the old city, and there are 2 private terraces to relax with the sea and old city views, As a bonus it also comes with a laundry washer which is very useful if you want to travel light, The location is also very good as it is in a quiet neighborhood but easy access to old city, Yes there are many steps but we all can use an exercise every now and then, The owners were also a great pleasure to deal with, Them alone would make me rate the place a 5, Millie and Kiko took care of us from airport transfer to isabora and back to airport on our departure date, They are very nice and helpful, Overall would highly recommend,
