Apartment Matej, located in Lapad, is the best choice if you want to spend your vacations in peace and quiet environment, far from the city crowds, and also to have nearby all you need during your holidays. Guests will also have access to shared terrace with BBQ. Free parking is available on site. Luggage storage before check in and after chech out is available. This one bedroom apartment features free WiFi, air-conditioning and LCD TV, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and a private bathroom with bathtub. Washing machine, ironing facilities and hairdryer are at guests' disposal. Guests will also have access to shared terrace with fireplace. This one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 persons. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a famous promenade are a 5-minute walk away, as well as tennis courts, green market and a movie theater. There are also many beaches in the nearby area waiting for your discovery. Cinestar Cinema is also only few minutes walk away. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 25 km away.

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Apartment Matej var et fantastisk funn under vårt opphold i Dubrovnik! Beliggenheten i Lapad er perfekt for de som ønsker å unnslippe de travle folkemengdene i byen, samtidig som man er nær alt man trenger, Selve leiligheten er koselig og godt utstyrt, med en herlig terrasse hvor vi nøt morgenkaffen vår, Vi satte pris på den enkle tilgangen til nærliggende strender og restauranter, spesielt den deilige Pantarul, bare en kort spasertur unna, Verdiane var utrolig imøtekommende og fikk oppholdet vårt til å føles spesielt, Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Spacious comfortable apartment - great bus serviceThis apartment worked well for me, The host family were lovely, There was plenty of space, a washing machine and outside drying lines, There was lots of hot water and effective Aircon if needed although good ventilation was cooling most of the time, The parking space has plenty of room, The number 4 bus line takes you in and out of the old city in about 10 minutes from across the road and runs until just after midnight, I ate twice at the little restaurant that is almost next door, more than pizzas, the chicken with a mushroom sauce was amazing! There is a supermarket reached downhill via the path beside the restaurant,

Jeg kan ikke sige nok gode ting om Apartment Matej! Lejligheden var smukt indrettet og havde alle de moderne bekvemmeligheder, vi havde brug for, Beliggenheden var fredelig, men vi var kun få minutter fra den livlige promenade, Værterne var også venlige og imødekommende!
