5 bedroom holiday home with balcony

House:
Holiday Home is situated in Lapad, only 10 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes ride from the Old Town, with a furnished balcony overlooking the city, perfect for a relaxing family or friends vacation. Luggage storage before check in is available. Free parking is available on site (Two parking spots; third on request). Baby cot is available. This five-bedroom holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 persons. It features free WiFi, air-conditioning and SAT LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious living room and five private bathrooms. It will also provide you with a lovely furnished balcony with a city view. Baby cot is upon request. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a famous promenade are 10 minute walk away, as well as tennis courts, green market and a movie theater. There are also many beaches in the nearby area waiting for your discovery. Bus stop is 300 meters away from the property. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

It had a homely feel and hosts were very helpfulProperty located on quiet area surrounded by lots of trees , It was not far from sunset beach, restaurants and local shops, , Eight of us stayed in the property ( six adults and two children ) and it was very spacious , We hired a 9 seater car during our stay and there was enough space for parking, I left my hand luggage at the property Vedran and Andrijana were very helpful and sent my belongings to the UK, We really enjoyed our stay,

Dette feriehjemmet var perfekt for vår familietur! Vi var 10 totalt, og det føltes som vi hadde så mye plass, Stuen var koselig, og klimaanlegget var livredder, Barna likte de nærliggende strendene, og vi satte pris på den raske bussturen til gamlebyen, Renslighet var på topp, og vertene var virkelig vennlige, Vil absolutt komme tilbake igjen!
