Apartment Magic - One Bedroom Apartment with Sea View

Apartment Magic is self-catering one bedroom apartment located 450 m from the Old Town. The accommodation is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, and TV. Pets are welcome to stay in the accommodation with additional charge of 10 euros per day. Baggage drop-off possible before check in and after check out. One-bedroom apartment Magic features free WiFi, air-conditioning and TV, equipped kitchen with dining area, sofa bed and a private bathroom with shower. Washing machine, ironing faciliies and hairdryer are also on guests disposal. On the address of the accommodation there are three apartments, Apartment Magic is the one in the middle. Famous Old Town of Dubrovnik is only 450 meters or 5 minutes walk from the apartment, as well as various beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries and banks. Guests can also find a grocery store and a bus station in 400 meters range. We recommend enjoying a cable car ride, station is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers a panoramic view of the historic center and the surrounding islands. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 25 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Wunderbar und EinzigartigDie Wohnung lag 5 Minuten fußläufig von der Altstadt und hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die gesamte Altstadt und das Meer, Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig und entspannt in der Wohngegend, Wir waren mit 2 Hunden dort und wir fanden einige abgelegene Gassen zum Spazierengehen, Die Klimaanlage hat den Hunden auch den Aufenthalt erleichtert, Wir waren mit der Ausstattung und der Freundlichkeit unseres Vermieters sehr zufrieden, Ein Plan der Altstadt lag bereit und uns wurden mehrere Empfehlungen gegeben (zb Restaurant etc),
