Apartment Ranieri - One Bedroom Apartment with City View

House:
If you want to see a lot of famous sights, this is the perfect location for You! The apartment is situated near the Pile Gate, so everything you may need is in 300 meters range. Decorated in bright colors, Apartment Ranieri features one bedroom with one double bed, living room with 2 single sofa beds, air conditioning, SAT flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, oven, stove, refrigerator, dish washer, water kettle, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker and a private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, dryer, heating, ironing facilities. Free WiFi is provided. The apartment is located just 100 meters from the nearest beach, with many more of them in surrounding area and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minutes boat ride away. There is an open-air green market and other shops within walking distance, as well as a bakery, banks and ATMs, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine. Famous night club Revelin is only few minutes away and it is located inside the old fort. There is no need for public transit while You're staying here, but if You want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, You can be there in a 10 minute drive. Taxi and bus station are 1 minute walk from the property. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

herrlich entspannende Tage in dem tollen Appt,Ranieriausgesprochen zuvorkommende Vermieterin, unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme, hilfsbereit mit guten Tipps und Ratschlägen, eine sehr bequeme, einladende und gemütliche Unterkunft im historischen Gebäude ganz nahe an den alten Stadtkern, jedoch deutlich besser gelegen als innerhalb der Stadtmauer, da deshalb weniger laut, weniger vom allgemeinen Trubel betroffen, ruhig - dennoch zentral gelegen, herausragend praktische Lage - insbesondere für eine Stadt wie Dubrovnik - alles einfach in Füßnähe und gut erreichbar, nicht angewiesen an den oft problematischen öffentlichen Verkehr, Somit absolut empfehlenswert, sehr ästhetische Inneneinrichtung, praktisch, funktional, hell und freundlich, besonders gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
