Apartments Arla Exclusive - Superior Studio Apartment with Balcony

House:
Apartments Arla Exlusive consist of three self-catering accommodation units situated in residential building in very popular are of Dubrovnik, very close to various beaches and famous promenade. Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure. Parking is possible on site, but reservation is required. ***Kindly note that City tax of 2,65 euros per person, per night isn't included in the price.*** This beautiful superior studio apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three persons. It features air conditioning, heating, flat-screen cable TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with combined dining and seating area. Private bathroom includes shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Guests can also enjoy their staying on balcony with outdoor furniture. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a famous promenade are a 5 minute walk away, as well as tennis courts, green market and a movie theater, which are 5 minutes walk away. There are also many beaches in nearby area waiting for your discovery. Dubrovnik’s Old Town is just a 10 minutes bus ride away, with a bus stop only 5 meters from the property. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are also 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Wir sind persönlich sehr nett empfangen wurden, Und auch das Problem mit den Parkplatz wurde sofort gelöst, wir haben einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage bekommen, Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neugebauten Komplex und ist in der 5, Etage, 4 Etagen mit dem Fahrstuhl, Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet gewesen, Leider sind jetzt einige Reparaturen notwendig, Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, Nah am Wasser und der Bus zur Altstadt in der Nähe, Auch Gaststätten und Supermarkt mit im Komplex,

We just got back from our stay at Apartments Arla Exclusive and I gotta say, it was pretty awesome, The studio was spacious and had everything we needed, from a comfy bed to a fully equipped kitchen, We loved chilling on the balcony after a long day exploring Dubrovnik, The bus stop nearby made it easy to get to the Old Town, which is a must-see! Only downside was the city tax that wasn't included in the price, but overall, definitely worth it, Would stay again in a heartbeat!
