Apartments Life - Two Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View

House:
Apartments Life are located in Nuncijata neighborhood in Dubrovnik. Perfect place for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. The property is located 3.1 km away the famous Old Town of Dubrovnik with various beaches, historic sights, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Kindly note: Private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed. Private parking is 1per 1reservation. so parking can only get 1car and not several cars. This two apartment features free wifi, air conditioning, flat screen SAT TV . Apartment is located on two floors. First floor contains living room with sofa, bathroom, specious bedroom and kitchenette with dining area. In the attic you will find bedroom, bathroom, living room with two extendable couches as well as kitchen with dining area. Guests can enjoy their staying on balcony with outdoor furniture. Private parking is provided. Grocery store, green market, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and ATMs can all be reached by foot in 20 minutes walk. The property is located 3 km from Lapad Bay with its beautiful beaches. The nearest bus station is just down the street, 270 meters from the apartment, with buses passing frequently and less than 10 minutes ride to the Old Town. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 11 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 21.7 km away.

Fantastic September stay in DubrovnikWe were greeted by a lovely family member of the host who was so helpful &amp, who guided us thru everything we needed to know about the property &amp, also gave us her mobile number if any problems arose, Beautiful spacious apartments exceptionally clean both with air con &amp, fully equipped kitchen in a great location nice &amp, peaceful with great views, Highly recommend we would have no hesitation in returning, \nProperty is set high on a steep hill so be prepared to have to walk down many many steps to get to the harbour, Approx 45 mins to the Old Town, We hired a car which I would highly recommend not just for ease of getting about to the old town etc and for getting back up to the apartments but also for being able to travel up the coast which we did to see the sights &amp, to discover many of the stunning swimming locations the coast has to offer,

Jag var imponerad av komforten och renligheten i lägenheten, Den hade allt vi behövde för en kort getaway, Utsikten från balkongen var också en trevlig detalj, Vi uppskattade också närheten till Gradac Park, som var perfekt för en avkopplande promenad, Även om det var en bit till Gamla stan, gjorde busstjänsten det hanterbart, Sammanfattningsvis, ett bra värde för pengarna
