Apartments Franka Old Town offers self-catering accommodation situated in the heart of The Old Town, surrounded by City Walls. Property features 2 accommodation units. Free WiFi and air conditioning are provided. This one bedroom apartment features living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with large double bed. It is perfect fit for up to 3 people. Living room comes with seating area and flat screen SAT TV. Fully equipped kitchen comes with oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, extractor, toaster and dining area. Apartment feature private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, toilet paper, soap and free toiletries. Ironing facilities and safety deposit box are provided. Property features air conditioning and free WiFi. Property is located just 100 meters from the nearest beach Porporela and 700 m away from the popular beach Banje, with many more of them in surrounding area and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minute boat ride away. There is an open-air green market and other shops within walking distance, as well as a bakery, banks and ATMs, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisines. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 400 meters away. There is no need for public transit while you're staying here, but if you want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, you can get there in a 10 minute drive. Taxi and bus station are 5 minute walk away from the property. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Amazing location and a great host!The location is unbelievable! It is in the middle of the old town yet in a perfect spot that is quiet at night, The walk to the apartment is very comfortable and there are almost no stairs to take! The host, Zlatko, is super nice, a great communicator, and very friendly! He gave us an opportunity to leave our bags early and explore the old town while the apartment was being cleaned, There were fresh fruits and a homemade liquor waiting for us when we came back! The apartment is small but had everything we needed! They had shampoo&#47,conditioner&#47,lotion&#47,soap in the bathroom (with a great shower) and kitchen appliances&#47,water&#47,orange juice in the fridge, The air comditinimg worked great, Overall, the stay was great!

We had such a lovely time at Apartments Franka! The place was cozy and clean, perfect for our little getaway, The kitchen was well-equipped and we even cooked a couple meals - saved some cash that way! Plus, being so close to the Old Town was a huge plus, Just a short walk to cafes and the beach, Would definitely stay again!

Vi hade en underbar vistelse på Apartments Franka Old Town! Läge var helt oslagbart, bara en kort promenad till Porporela Beach och omgiven av charmiga kaféer och butiker, Lägenheten var mysig och välutrustad, vilket gjorde det enkelt att njuta av hemlagade måltider efter en dag av utforskning, Värdarna var otroligt välkomnande och lyhörda, vilket gjorde vår upplevelse ännu bättre, Vi älskade att vara så nära historiska sevärdheter som Rektorens Palats och stadsmurarna, Rekommenderas varmt för alla som vill njuta av Dubrovniks skönhet!

It was an excellent place to stay with a great location and a very helpful host,The location in the middle of Old Town is perfect and was spotlessly clean, The apartment is very close to and the old harbour where you can go swimming and close to one of the entrances to the city walls by the Maritime museum it is also close to a number of the city’s other museums, There is a supermarket and bakery just around the corner and the apartment is just above a nice pizza restaurant, The kitchen is okay for basic cooking with electric hob and oven, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, Zlatko is a really nice host who provided fruit and drinks he also arranged our airport transfer and stored our luggage until it was time to transfer to the airport,
