Our house/villa with pool(25m2,150deep,heated.) is located only 20m from the sea and 20m from beautiful sandy beach in Duce. The house is on a plot of 600m2. We are on the sea side and the house is 250m2 big. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining room and living room (100m2). On the 1st floor we have 3 rooms with bathroom, balcony with sea view. On the 2nd floor there are also 3 rooms with sea view. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can go directly from the living room or from the kitchen to the garden or to the pool. We also have an outdoor stone barbecue. Car parking is on the plot right next to the house. Fully equipped kitchen (toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle...). Living room equipped with LCD satellite TV and WI-Fi. We rent a villa/holiday house for 12+2 persons only 20m. from the well-kept sandy beaches in Duce. The house with its garden and pool offers an oasis of peace and relaxation for a family or a group of friends who want to spend days together. Duce is a series of about ten settlements not far from Omis, located in the area between the Adriatic Sea and the mountains of Mosor. Beautiful sandy beaches stretching 6 kilometres from Dugi Rat to Omis make Duce a perfect tourist destination for families with small children. Numerous cafes and restaurants built on the seashore and the proximity of the towns of Omis and Split offer many opportunities for quality recreation and entertainment. Large selection of quality accommodation capacities and the long tourist tradition in this part of the Omis Riviera guarantee you a pleasant rest in the beautiful ambience. The tourists can be entertained by various water sports (50m from the house). You can also bring your own boat, we have a jetty in our mini harbour. (30m from the house). The house is 2,5 km away from Omis.
