The accommodation features 3 spacious and comfortable double bedrooms with a TV, air conditioning, and a sofa bed, where either two small children or one adult can sleep, making it suitable for up to 7 or 8 guests.

The villa, designed in natural wood, is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor, there is an open, beautifully designed living area with a kitchen, a dining table, and two double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, while the other has a bathroom located in the hallway. The house’s interior staircase leads to the basement, where a fitness room is located.

On the first floor, also connected by an interior staircase, you will find the third bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the terrace. The first floor also features a separate office space for those who need or wish to work.

For all guests who do not need to work, there is a 38 m² swimming pool with sun loungers, garden furniture, a covered dining terrace, and a barbecue area. The property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy. Private parking spaces are available on the premises.
