Imagine having a vacation home just for yourself. Stone vacation house "Angelo" with pool is located in Kaštel Lukšic in an isolated area (mountain Kozjak), but also within easy reach of all sights, cultural content, and activity in Dalmatia. The City of Kaštela itself was formed around seven historical fortifications, some of which are well-preserved and worth visiting. The beaches of the beautiful Kaštela's coast are about 2.5 km away, while at a drive distance of 30-40 minutes are Split, Trogir, Omiš, Šibenik, and various famous tourist routes like the Krka National Park - which offers beautiful and preserved nature. A little further there is a possibility of rafting on the beautiful river Cetina, the famous palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian in Split, the medieval fortress Klis or the Biokovo skywalk. The nearby Split airport is 12 km away. In close proximity to the house, there are numerous parks, restaurants, and cafes where you can enjoy authentic Croatian food and drinks on sunny terraces. The location is ideal for a relaxing vacation, walks, and mountain biking with afternoon sightseeing of beautiful nature. House is ideal for a family with 2 kids or for a couple who wants privacyThe stone house is located in an enclosed area of ??2000m2 and is completely surrounded by olive groves, thus creating a feeling of complete intimacy, privacy, and safety. The house has a private entrance, parking, garage, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower with hot water, and swimming pool overlooking the nearby Adriatic sea.The house's (90m2) interior is fully furnished and clean. It has two rooms, one with a king-size bed, and the other with two one-person beds, and two cooling fans. The living room - which also has a wood stove - is pleasant for socializing and is connected to a small kitchen equipped with a gas stove, cooking utensils, and refrigerator (no oven because it is a big consumer of electrical energy). In the living room, there is a sofa, table, four chairs, and new AC. From the living room, you go directly to a large terrace overlooking the sea and olive groves. An outdoor table and chairs on the terrace are ideal for summer nights. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a shower with hot water. There is a tavern on the ground floor. The house has satellite TV and Wi-Fi.About 1,5 km from the house road transitions from paved to narrow macadam road. It is advisable not to come with low vehicles to avoid potential damage. it would be great if you have or rent a higher/smaller car that can be easily navigated on road. The condition and path of the road are shown in the photo album on the object profile.The owner himself brought the house to a high level of standard by building and upgrading it for 20 years. The core idea of ??the house is to be an environmentally friendly and self-renewable home that lives in harmony with nature. Adhering to this idea, the house gets its electricity using solar energy through solar panels, and the water is rainwater that is also heated by solar panels.To ensure you have a pleasant stay, please refer to the House Information Guide for solar panels. The solar panels will provide electricity for the water heater, lights, refrigerator, water pump, and personal electronic devices. Electricity is limited by the amount of sun and battery capacity. Therefore, certain guidelines are provided to ensure a sufficient amount of electricity. During sunny days, please charge laptops/phones and use blow dryers over the day as they require more electricity. At night, the battery provides sufficient electricity so you have to be rationally with energy.
