Villa Tomicich is located in Viškovici on the coast of the Istrian Peninsula in western Croatia. Private terrace fitted with sun beds and parasols as well as a private seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a shared garden are at your disposal, which makes this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation. Free private parking is provided. While staying you can use free rent a boat. Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out. This three bedroom villa with swimming pool can accommodate up to six people. It features air-conditioning as well as SAT LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it's combined with the equipped kitchen and dining area. The private bathroom comes with shower and toilet. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. All You need can be found within 3 km range, such as restaurants, grocery store, bus stop, tourist information office, post office, ambulance and pharmacy. Beach is only 1 km from the property. Villa Tomicich is located 16.5 km from Labin. Pula airport is located 45 km from the property.

Villan var rymlig och vackert inredd, vilket fick den att kännas som ett hem hemifrån, Vi gillade särskilt den privata terrassen där vi tillbringade våra morgnar med att sippa kaffe och njuta av solen, Barnen älskade utomhuspoolen, och det var bara en kort promenad till Pripanje Beach, vilket var perfekt för våra familjeutflykter, Läge är utmärkt - tillräckligt nära lokala restauranger som Konoba Ubaš, men tillräckligt lugnt för att undkomma folkmassorna, Vi kan inte vänta med att komma tillbaka!

Incredibly polite, courteous, friendly and always helpful, She answers every question, is super responsive and happy to help, The house is fantastic! Absolutely new, extremely clean, fully equipped and you everything is pretty much in reach (between 10-20 minutes by car), It&#39,s wonderfully quiet and the pool is the highlight, I can only warmly recommend the accommodation, We are very busy and hard working - we were looking for something to relax an black out the world, This holiday was everything we were looking for!
