It is on a quiet road, near several beaches and natural, small bays. Each apartment has its own furnished balcony with a wonderful view of the sea and the islands. There are parking spaces in front of the house. Within a radius of 500 metres there are several beaches and small bays. It is 300 metres to the centre of Liznjan. Shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and the tourist information office are also near the house. It is 100 metres to the nearest grocery shop. The centre of Medulin is 2km away. Along the 28-kilometre stretch of coast everyone can find their favourite beach or a pretty bay. Kujin bay is ideal for paragliding, surfing and other water sports, and is famous amongst sports people. Massages are offered on site for relaxing.

The 57m² apartment is on the second floor of the house and can accommodate five people comfortably. It has a bathroom with a shower, toilet and hairdryer, and two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200cm) in the first bedroom and a single bed (90 x 200cm) in the second. The sofa bed (140 x 190cm) in front of the TV is suitable for two people. The living room and the double bedroom have air conditioning. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. It is ideal for relaxing or dining, while enjoying the view.
