The holiday apartment AP1 is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in a new house with a lovely sea view where the beach is just few meters away.

The apartment is modern and fully furnished. This apartment receives plenty of daylight and is situated on the ground floor of the House. It has a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room there is also a sofa bed for children or teenagers. There is a kitchen and a living room with satellite TV and free wireless Internet access. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and bidet with a hairdryer. An outdoor shower is also available outside the house but there is one more on the beach. The iron is also provided.

The terrace is perfectly positioned, affording a breathtaking 180° view of the sea. On the terrace you can enjoy breakfast in the mornings or a candlelight dinner in the evening. Two sun loungers are also provided. There is also a private parking place which you can use and it is protected by a video surveillance system.

The beach is on the doorstep and you can go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There are three restaurants within 300 meters and the nearest locality is about 5km away.
