Apartments Lovro - One bedroom apartment with Balcony and Sea View (3)

Apartments Lovro are situated in one of the most beautiful places in Dubrovnik Region, Lozica. Property offers two accommodation units, set in a family house, each with air-conditioning and free WiFi access. Free private parking is possible on site, reservation is not needed. Luggage storage is available prior check in and after check out. Note : Ongoing construction is going on nearby. Lovely and cosy apartment with Balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the Adriatic sea. SAT TV, WiFi and air-conditioning are at guests'disposal. Kitchen is equipped with a dining table, microwave, water kettle, refrigerator, oven and a stove. Bathroom is with a shower, hair dryer and washing machine. This one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons. Restaurant, beach and a bus station are only 70 meters away. While in Lozica you can find some bars and shops can be found within 1-km radius. Old Town, historic and cultural centre of the city, is 6 km away. The Main Bus Station and Ferry Port is located 5 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is at a distance of 25 km.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

The one-bedroom apartment was cozy and well-equipped, with a stunning balcony view of the Adriatic Sea, It was delightful to sip coffee outdoors while soaking in the scenery, The proximity to Lozica Beach was a bonus, just a short walk away, We appreciated the quietness of the area, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Dubrovnik, which is only a quick bus ride away, However, be prepared for some construction noise nearby during the day, Overall, a great experience!

Waking up to see cruise ships, yachts and pleasure craft gliding by is something else, The apartment is approximately 15 minutes by uber to the Old Town, A short stroll will bring you to a local beach, No restaurants handy, but we catered ourselves, Luciana and Roberto were great hosts, Apartments Lovro, were for us an ideal choice and would highly recommend!
