Apartments Nikolina (LU) - Studio with Sea View (3 Adults)

House:
Apartments Nikolina are located in Lumbarda, small village on the eastern cape of the island of Korcula. Located at the seaside and features a private beach with sun loungers and parasols.Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available. Private parking available with additional cost of 20EURO per day. Pets are allowed on request and additional charge of 8EURO per day. Breakfast is available with additional cost of 20EURO/per person and can be booked on site. This lovely studio apartment is a perfect fit for up to three persons. It features air conditioning, flat-screen SAT TV and a kitchenette with dining area and seating area. Private bathroom comes with shower and a hairdryer. Furnished balcony with sea view is at guests disposal. Private beach with sun lounges and parasols is available. Ironing facilities, washing machine and baby cot are available upon request. Apartment is right at the seaside and has a private entrance to the sea. There are sun loungers and parasols. Tatinja sandy beach with very gradual entry into the sea is 60 meters from the house and is ideal for small children. Pebble beach is 200 m away. Market, restaurant, caffe and ATM can be found within 200 m from the property. Public parking is close to a property and is free of charge. The closest airport is the Dubrovnik Airport, 124 km away.(ferry ride included)

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We wish we could have stayed longer!The location of this property in Lumbarda is the best place to stay on Korcula! You are a few minutes walk from a bus stop or the water taxi, and only 15min by car to Korcula old town, There are a few good places to eat nearby too, and a two supermarkets, a bakery etc, The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, They have an area in front of the apartment with sunbeds and direct access to a beautiful swimming spot, \r\nWe stayed in a &quot,studio with sea view&quot, which was on the first floor with an amazing view, The kitchen had every appliance you could need, The place was spotless, \r\nWe wish we could have stayed another week!

We will be back!Firstly, Francika is such a lovely welcoming host! Her breakfast in the morning is just incredible! She will not let you leave hungry! \n\nSecondly, the view from the apartment is gorgeous, that goes without saying! The bed is the most comfortable one we have slept in! \n\nThe facilities outside the apartment on the beach are perfect, Lots of sun loungers belonging to the apartment and even inflatables to use in the water!

Amazing experience,Perfect location directly on the beach, amazing sea view from the balcony, private and quiet beach just few meters from the house with umbrellas and sun beds, Parking is organised infront of the house,\r\n\r\nThe apartment is very well equipped and breakfast was great, local and diverse, We got some useful tips from the owners for a local event - Lumbarda&#39,s fish picnic every Friday, which was a great culinary experience, \r\n\r\nReally kind and helpful owners, who really take care of the guests, We will for sure return in the future!
