The house is in a residential area in the centre of Medulin, near the coast.

The gem of this house is the green, private garden, with a big dining table with a grill under a gazebo as well as a swimming pool. There are also a solar shower, a trampoline for children and a flower garden. You can of course park your car free of charge on site.

Your holiday accommodation comprises 120m² spread over two floors. The air-conditioned living room has a sofa and digital TV, as well as a dining space with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, stove, oven and kettle. There are four bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200cm). The two bathrooms have a WC and shower. The upper floor is also fitted with an air conditioning unit and free wireless Internet access.

Dogs are not allowed to stay in the Villa alone without supervision. They are not allowed to be on sofa, bed or blankets and sheets from Villa. They are not allowed to go in the Pool. Please clean after your pets do there things.


The holiday house is in the centre, so shopping facilities and ATMs, restaurants and bars are all right nearby, within about 20 metres. The nearest beach is a pebbled beach in Vizula, just a five-minute walk away (300 metres). If you prefer a sandy beach then Bieca is 1km away.
