Villa Mirjana - Comfort Studio Apartment with Terrace and Sea View (Cikas)

Apartments Villa Mirjana are located in Mlini, in Zupa dubrovacka, 8 km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik and 5 km from Old Town of Cavtat. Mlini is a small, idyllic fishing settlement located halfway between Dubrovnik and Cavtat with intact beauty, rich vegetation and stunning beaches as well as historical and cultural heritage. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to Dubrovnik, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. All units have Air-Conditioning, WiFi, SAT TV, kitchen, private bathroom. The guests have access to a common swimming pool overlooking the Adriatic sea and furnished with sun beds. Private parking is available at cost of 5 euro per day, reservation is required. Baby cot is available for 10 euro per night. Property offers laundry service for 7 euro and ironing service for 10 euro. Pets are allowed - 7 euro per pet. City tax of 1.40 euro per person, per night isn't included. This comfort studio apartment with furnished terrace and sea view features free wi-fi, air conditioning and SAT LCD TV. The studio includes a double bed, mini kitchen and dining area. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower. This one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons. Apartments Villa Mirjana are located in Mlini, in Zupa dubrovacka, 8 km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik and 5 km from Old Town of Cavtat. Nearest Bus Stop is 400 meters from the property. Apartment is located only a minute a walk to the nearest beach. Various restaurants, bars and shops can be found in 100 meters range. Grocery store and bakery can be reached within 300 meters. Dubrovnik Airport is 9 km from the property.

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Superb accommodation, wish I could have stayed longer,Wow what a place this was, We had a studio apartment, The main room was really large with a wonderful comfy bed, Lots of kitchen facilities, utensils,crockery etc, A large Fridge Freezer and a table and chairs, Lots of wardrobe space, The bathroom was large with a big walk in shower, plenty of towels for the room and the pool, The best bit, opening up our French doors to the patio area and the (shared) pool and the view beyond over the sea&#47,beaches of Mlini, The location was perfect, so close to everything, beach, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarket, The shared pool area felt like we had it to ourselves most of the time but plenty of room for people to share and it was super clean, Loved our little visits from the owners pets especially a very friendly cat, The owners also have a restaurant underneath the accommodation which I would highly recommend, the food was great and the bread supplied by the Nonna living in the top accommodation, freshly baked everyday, Just loved everything,
