Guest House Villa Nina is located in Mlini, a quiet little place with beautiful beaches and scenery, just 15 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town. Property features 7 accommodation units. All guests will have access to common outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols. Private parking is provided, reservation is not required. Luggage storage is available before check in and after check out. This superior double or twin room features air conditioning, free WiFi and SAT TV. Private bathroom features shower. Fridge is provided. Towels and linen are provided. Room features balcony with sea view. Guests have access to common swimming pool and terrace with sunbeds. Common kitchen is available. Baby cot is available on request. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to Dubrovnik, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. The hosts could not have been more welcoming - it&#39,s like you&#39,re staying in a family home, which basically is exactly what it is, as the owners live there too, with Iggy the cat (the real boss), There were several generations of the family around and they&#39,re all so friendly, handing over occasional plates of fruits fresh from the trees in the beautiful terraced gardens, and if you&#39,re lucky, some amazing homemade cake, Our room (Superior Double&#47,Twin Room with Balcony and Sea View) was pretty small, but comfortable enough, with free air-con and a balcony along the side of the building from which you could see the sea, and was a nice little sun trap in the late afternoon, You get your own fridge and are welcome to make use of the main house kitchen to prep any food you like, There are lots of other nice spots to sit and pass some time all round the grounds on the various terraces, The location is brilliant - barely 1 minute walk from a lovely little beach and not many minutes&#39, walk to a few restaurants and bars, Also very easy access to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and other places via a bus stop just up the road, and regular boats from the nearby harbour,

Verblijven in Guest House Villa Nina was een heerlijke ervaring! De superior kamer met het balkon bood een prachtig uitzicht op zee dat elke ochtend speciaal maakte, De locatie is perfect - op korte loopafstand van het strand en een snelle rit naar de oude stad van Dubrovnik, De gastheren waren ongelooflijk gastvrij en het buitenzwembad was een geweldige plek om te ontspannen na een dag verkennen, Ik waardeerde de gemeenschappelijke keuken voor het maken van lichte maaltijden, en alles was schoon en goed onderhouden, Kan niet wachten om terug te keren!
