Property offers four air-conditioned units with free WiFi and spacious balconies with breathtaking views of the Adriatic sea. This modern one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four persons. It features WiFi, air-conditioning and flat-screen cable TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with dining area combined with living room. Bathroom includes a shower cabin and a hair dryer. Furnished balcony with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic sea is at guests disposal. Baby cot is available upon request. The nearest bus stop is 350 meters from the property.This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to Dubrovnik, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy Apartment is located only a 15 minute walk from the nearest beach. Various restaurants, bars and shops can be found on the seaside promenade, ideal for those who enjoy the nature and long walks. Grocery store and bakery can be reached within 500 meters range. Old Town of Cavtat is a 15 minute ride away. Dubrovnik Airport is 16 km away while bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 12 km away.

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Ik had een heerlijk verblijf in dit een-slaapkamer appartement, Het uitzicht op zee vanaf het balkon was adembenemend, vooral tijdens de zonsondergang, De keuken was goed uitgerust, waardoor het gemakkelijk was om maaltijden te bereiden, Zeer aan te raden voor een ontspannen uitje!

Great apartment with amazing sea viewGreat apartment with amazing sea view, The place is clean and tidy, There is a small grocery shop and a bakery just 2 minutes walk from the apartment, a shopping center and big grocery store - 15 minutes walk,\nThe apartment is located on top of the hill and does require some hiking😄 but it wasn’t an issue for us, There are a few beautiful beaches 10-15 min, walk from the place, Definitely highly recommended 🙂
