Villa Roza- Two-Bedroom Apartment

House:
Apartments Villa Roza are located in Rožat, quiet little place in Dubrovnik suburbs. It features four accommodation units and all of them will provide you with everything you may need for perfect, relaxing stay. All guests have access to common swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, furnished terrace,BBQ facilities and spa which they can use. Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure. Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed. Below facility is on request available:- "Jacuzzi is available at an additional cost of  EURO10 per hour per person / per hour". This lovely two bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four persons. It features air conditioning, Wi-Fi and flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with combined living room and dining area. Private bathroom includes shower and hair dryer. Apartments Villa Roza are located in Rožat, only 4 km away from the Old City of Dubrovnik. Restaurant, caffe bar, supermarket, ATM, bank and post office are a 4 minutes ride away. Nearest bus stop is 150 meters from the property. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands are 20 minutes ride away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 28 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Jeg bodde nylig i denne leiligheten med to soverom og ble positivt overrasket over hvor romslig den føltes, Stuen var perfekt for å slappe av etter en lang dag, og kjøkkenet hadde alt jeg trengte for å lage mat, Det gratis Wi-Fi var også et fint tillegg, som gjorde det enkelt å holde seg tilkoblet,

Detta ställe är idealiskt för familjer! Den utfällbara soffan i vardagsrummet var perfekt för mina barn, De älskade att ha sitt eget utrymme samtidigt som de var nära oss, Dessutom var de gemensamma grillfaciliteterna en succé under vår vistelse,

Fantastic Stay!Tatjana was a fantastic host, She provided lots of information on things to do during our stay in Dubrovnik, The bus stop is located right outside the apartment and takes approximately 15 minutes to the old town, It costs 15kn per trip and runs quite frequently, We also had a car rental which we could park safely outside the apartment for free, The pool and spa was a special added bonus which we really enjoyed, A 10&#47,10 stay from us - thank you,

Towels replaced every 2 days and washing up liquid, sponge, kitchen roll, handwash and toilet roll provided, The owner of the apartment is lovely and very helpful when giving information about Dubrovnik, The area around the apartment is beautiful- mountains and boats, The bus stop into Dubrovnik is just outside the house and the buses are very regular, 2 small supermarkets are just a short walk away, It is a very relaxing area away from the city, but not too far, Dubrovnik is lovely, full of shops, history, beaches, boat trips and excursions, I would definitely go back!

Myself and my partner stayed here a couple of weeks ago and we could not fault it, Tatiana is extremely welcoming and very helpful when telling you how to get around the city, where the nearest supermarkets are and just general etiquette of Dubrovnik, The apartment was really nice and modern, and extremely clean - perfect for our 5 day vacation! The bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk away from the apartment, and it only takes about 15 mins to get into the Old Town, We had a great holiday in this beautiful part of Croatia and we would fully recommend this apartment to others, Thank you for our stay Tatiana!

the apartment was very clean and perfectly furnished with everything we needed, The host was extremly friendly and helpful concering the route we wanted to take, thing in and around Dubrovnik, Bus, etc,,, She was also very flexible with leaving and arriving times, For this price we couldn't have found anything better, It's just a bit out of town, but that we knew before and by bus it was no problem except that they only accept kuna, The size of the apartment was alright for one night but for four people it would have gotten a little tight in there since the sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room, Overall, a very good experience

Just outside the city centre this apartment is great to escape after a busy day in the city, Clean, modern and with the best shower I have ever used the apartment was just what we were looking for, The host Tatjana was so welcoming and even ordered pizzas for us as we arrived too late to buy food anywhere, The following morning she drove us to the supermarket so we could pick up groceries, Always on hand to help and with useful information Tatjana was awesome! The apartment is a 15-20 min (depending on how busy the port is when you drive through) bus journey from the old town and buses go past every 15 minutes and come back right up to 2am, We would definitely recommend villa roza to anyone and would come back and stay here again,

Nice appartment next to Dubrovnik, it's easy to go there by bus, The place is really clean, our hosts were nice and gave us good advices for our trip, There is a small river next to the appartment to have a walk, the view is amazing and sunny, The swimming pool is also a good place to take a rest,
