Spacious holiday flat for up to six people in a recently renovated (2017) old villa in the historic part of the village of Betina This cosily furnished holiday flat is located just 20 m from the sea, in the pedestrian zone. It is located in an over 160-year-old natural stone house, which is a listed building and was lovingly restored by hand in 2017. With its authentic and unusual appearance, reminiscent of the charm of the past, the house is also a frequent eye-catcher for passers-by and guests. It is built in a Mediterranean style, with thick walls to protect it from the heat.
The courtyard is equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children and dogs. Free internet is also available.
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor. The living space of around 95 m² offers the following rooms: a living room with flat screen TV and double sofa bed; an adjoining bedroom with double bed; another bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and unique dining room as well as a bathroom and a separate guest toilet.
On the mainland, the town of Šibenik with its beautiful old town and cathedral is approx. 30 km away and the town of Zadar is approx. 50 km away. Not far from Šibenik is the Krka National Park with its waterfalls. The island of Murter is connected to the mainland by a bridge and is therefore easily accessible by car. There are airports in Zadar and Split. Moorings and modern facilities are available in the marina "Hramina" and in the marina Betina. Due to its proximity to the Kornati National Park, Murter is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Kornati islands.
