Description

This tastefully furnished holiday villa is nestled in Neoric which is a small settlement in Croatian region of Central Dalmatia. It is situated around 30 km far from town Split. Neoric is part of Municipality Muc. It is located in the foot hill of Mount Mosec, 450 m above sea level and not far from the mountains called Svilaja (1508 m above sea level).. You can spend a relaxing holiday here far away from tourist noise.


Modern, enclosed holiday villa with a private illuminated pool, an outdoor sauna, a traditional grill on the large sunny terrace and a private tennis court.

The 220m² fully air-conditioned (cool/warm) holiday villa from the year 2008 is spread over two floors. The landlady lives in the house located approx. 100m away. This means you've got the whole villa and outside area to yourselves and privacy is ensured. The villa consists of a living room with plenty of daylight with an integrated open kitchen, five bedrooms and five very modern bathroom. The living room provides a large sofa, a flat screen TV with satellite channels and an elegant glass dining table with eight chairs. The built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a two-zone gas and two-zone electric hob with a cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee machine. The five bedrooms are equipped as follows: one with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed with en-suite, three with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed, two are with en-suite and one with two 90 cm x 200 cm single beds. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed for two children. And upon request, a further single bed for one more child can be put in one of the double bedrooms for you. Three of the bathrooms with light tiles is fitted with a bath tub with a shower device, the other one has a modern shower cubicle with massage jets and one with Jacuzzi hot tub. All offer a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.


Outside in the 1500m² planted garden, a heated pool (5 x 12m) awaits you. At night, the pool can be illuminated. The traditional grill with kitchen and table for 12 people is attached on the north side of the pool, and on the large sunny terrace invites you to enjoy leisurely meals under a blue sky.


Villa Almas has multiple facilities and features that can occupy any person regardless of its age. The Fitness room is fully equipped to challenge your every body part. There are devices for every age and intensity of exercise, like a running track, stationary bike, cross-trainer, boxing bag, weight lifting board and multi-purpose exercise device designed for amateurs and experienced users. The Swedish ladder and exercise mat can also help your stretching routines.


The multi-sport court is designed for tennis, volleyball, basketball and football. The nets are detachable depending on the sport you want to play and you can also find multiple goal sizes. The sports field is illuminated by floodlights for you to enjoy your activities and during the night. Next to the sport field is a terrain for playing a traditional game in bocce, which is also illuminated.


Heated swimming pool 12 x 5m with Finnish sauna and additional bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, perfect for afternoon tea or to simply sit and relax enjoying the climate full of sunshine with a light breeze, 450 m above sea level. You can also play some table tennis and children can enjoy jumping on the trampoline, swing on swings or play on the slide.


If you want a little bit of recreation, you can take a bike and explore the place and enjoy nature, culture and convenience of the little place of Neoric.


Although the owner in the house next to the villa is always mindful of your privacy, she is happy to assist with any queries. Your pet is also welcome on request.

Your holiday villa is about 12km from the nearest beach with crystal clear water, along the coast before Sinj, where you can find a range of shops, colorful markets, cafés, bars and restaurants. The Svilaja mountains nearby are ideal for long walks and mountain bike tours. The Mediterranean metropolis of Split about 30km away with its famous Diocletian Palace and the historical harbor town of Trogir about 45km away are definitely worth a visit. It is about 600 meters from the apartment to a bus stop with regular connections to the beach, as well as to Split and Trogir.
