Holiday apartments on the island of Pasman, just five metres from the sea
The holiday apartments are in a private residential house in Nevidane, on the lovely Croatian island of Pasman. It is just five metres from the sea.
The house consists of two completely independent holiday apartments. The house has a shared laundry room with a washing machine and ironing equipment.
Each apartment has its own outdoor area. Cars can be parked on a private site just 50 metres from the house.
The nearest grocery shop is about 500 metres away, a bar about 100 metres, a restaurant about 1000 metres, a post office about 700 metres and a bank about 20km. It is just five metres to a concrete beach, while the nearest sandy beach is 100 metres away.
The 85m² holiday apartment is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (each 80 x 190cm). A supplementary bed can be set up in the double bedroom on request. The living room-kitchen has a sofa, a dining table and satellite TV. The kitchen unit is fully-equipped, including an oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, fridge and freezer compartment. The spacious bathroom has a shower cubicle. The apartment has an Internet connection and air conditioning (cool/warm). The apartment has a spacious sea view veranda with seating and a grill in the garden. The garden behind the house is for your own exclusive use.
