It has an open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen, boasting in mixed decorative elements of the modern, the rustic and the industrial. It has a total of 4 bedrooms. The main part of the Villa has 3 bedrooms, one with a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, one with a queen sized bed and one with twin beds, as well as another bathroom. One bedroom with a queen sized bed is part of a smaller part of the Villa with a separate entrance, that also has a small kitchen, living room and a bathroom.The outdoor space is a beutiful, open area with a heated pool. It is connected to a roofed terrace with a seating and dining area, where you will enjoy your meals which you prepared on the outdoor BBQ.The property offers free parking spaces, SAT TV, Wi-Fi throughout and individually controled A/C units, as well as a heat pump for the entire house. That makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday even in off-season times.Pets are allowed, but need to be approved by the homeowner.
