The Villa has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 persons. In addition, the Villa features 3 bathrooms with a shower, hair dryer and a washing machine + tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a water kettle, coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses and any other kitchen equipment you may need. Both an outdoor and an indoor dining area are available. It also offers a heated outdoor swimming pool (infinity pool) and a large terrace with Grill / BBQ facilities for private use, with a stunning sea view. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning (3 units in total), ceiling fans, flat-screen cable TV, a safety deposit box, iron.

An outdoor heated pool with a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area, sun loungers and umbrellas and BBQ facilities is a great place to relax and enjoy.
Parking is secured right at the entrance of the Villa, private and free of charge.

Its medieval town core offers a number of bars and restaurants, whilst being within a walking distance from a centrally located sandy beach, a beach awarded a Blue Flag certificate as an indication of its high environmental and quality standards.
In addition to the sun and the sea, all beaches in Omiš, as well as all other vast beaches of the Riviera offer a wide variety of entertainment and leisure activities such as jet-skis, boat or kayak rental or sea trampolines.
