The apartment of around 50m² is on the first floor. The living and dining room includes an open kitchen unit for self-catering, equipped with all the essential kitchen utensils, as well as a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob etc. The dining table invites you to enjoy meals together. The sofa can be used as a bed (140 x 200cm) for two people. Satellite/cable TV is available. The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The modern shower room has a WC and hairdryer. All the windows are fitted with insect screens.
You can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view from your furnished balcony and end exciting days here with a glass of wine.
