Description
This house is in the little village of Drage and is about 300 metres from the sea.
The house is on a 2000m² plot of land with trees, bushes and flowers. The little roofed terrace of 15m² with terrace furniture affords a lovely view of the sea. A barbecue is available for use.
The holiday accommodation provides 70m² of living space for four people. It has two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen and a bathroom. There is air conditioning if it is hot at night. The house is accessed from the roofed terrace and you enter straight into the 25m² living room, which has a comfortable sofa (sofa bed for one person), a dining table for up to four people, satellite TV and of course a kitchen unit with a stove, fridge and microwave. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200cm). The bathroom with a window comprises a shower, WC and washbasin.
Within a radius of 250 metres you can find shops, restaurants and the centre of the village. The train station in Zadar is about 33km away. During the summer months you can enjoy a swim in the Adriatic Sea. The beaches (pebble, stone) are just 250 metres from the house. You can go fishing in Vransko Jezero, about 1.5km away. It is 10km to Biograd, 17km to Benkovac, 30km to Sibenik, 40km to Krka National Park and 60km to Paklenica National Park.
The house enjoys a sunny location and is accessed along an asphalted road. A maximum of five cars can park on site.
