The house was built on a 2000 m² plot (surrounded by pool, olive, cherry and mandarine trees, figs, pomegranates ...), lovingly furnished and about 900 m from the sea, in the quiet upper part of the village. The apartment has 65 m², with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room. The apartment is comfortable, air-conditioned and completely equipped (wifi, satellite TV, washing machine and a dishwasher). There is large sunny terrace, sunny pool, private entrance with a driveway, parking is ensured in front of the house.
