The private house with two floors is located 80 m from the sea and the beach. It is surrounded by Mediterranean nature in a quiet neighbourhood. Your private sea view balcony is equipped with a dining table and chairs. And each apartment has its own private parking space at the front of the house.
There are two holiday apartments on the first floor of the house. Both have a private entrance.
This apartment offers a spacious living/dining area with an open plan kitchen. The kitchen has a microwawe, electric kettle, coffee maker, stove and oven. There is a double bed in the bedroom (160x200) and a sofa bed (150x200) for two people in the living room.The bathroom is spacious and complete with washing machine. The space is air conditioned and covered with WIFI internet.
The beach is about 80m away. Pine forest is 150m away. Nearest grocery store is 450m away. The area is ideal for walking, jogging and cycling. Only 5 km from Zadar and 8 km from the Old City Center.
