Villa Aquarius is located in Podstrana Old Village. Podstrana Old Villaga is a charming little village in an elevated position above the sea just 10 minutes drive from Split. Built high on a hill overlooking the beautiful blue sea and with views across the water to the islands of Brac and Solta, this property boasts an exceptional situation.
It is ideal place for pleasant holiday and relaxation, perfect combination of enjoying in beautiful Mediterranean nature and proximity of the Diocletian’s city Split, only 15km away.
There are shops, pharmacy and numerous restaurants in the near (3km). At the same distance are the pebble beaches.
The house is duplex house, there is one common wall with house next to, but there is good functionally fence in the garden so no one can see you. In spite, estate is very initimately, and all contents are only for you. Everything you can see on the pictures is for your own use. The location and surrounding alows you to be nude if you like it.
