House:
Holiday Home J&D no. 3 is located in Podstrana, little town on Dalmatian coast, approximately 10 km from centre of Split - region's biggest city with famous Diocletian's Palace. Lately, Podstrana has been developing as an elite suburb of Split and became an attractive tourist destination due to its lovely gravel beaches, excellent restaurants, hiking and biking trails. Spacious furnished sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, private outdoor seasonal swimming pool as well ass BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area are at you disposal, which makes this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation. Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure. Free private parking is provided, reservation is not required. Please note: even though the owner is living on site, you'll have full privacy This lovely holiday home with furnished terrace and private pool is perfectly fit for up to fourteenn people. It features free WiFi, air conditioning as well as cable LCD TV. The spacious living rooms comes with sofa and sitting area, while the fully equipped kitchens comes with dining area. Property has four private bathrooms with walk in shower and toilet. Washing machine, iron, ironing facilities as well as hair dryer, free toiletries (soap and toilet paper), towels and linens are provided. Baby cot is at your disposal. The nearest beach as well as restaurant and cafe bar can be found within 400 m range, with many more in the surrounding area. The supermarket is located only 250 m away from the property. The beaches in Podstrana stretch over 5 km, so the guests will be able to enjoy sun and sea during hot summer days. The bus stop is located 250 m away from the property. Split main bus station as well as ferry port are located 19 min drive away, while Split airport is located 25.7 km away from the property.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
